If you want it to be quiet or if you don't mind hearing pumps push water. In my opinion, it also depends where you want this tank to go. Since it is a Penninsula style tank - the overflow is in the middle back (or side depending on you set it up) so you basically need to place an MP10 (or mp40 if you want super flow) on each side of the overflow.
